The present invention provides a method for molding materials, comprising the steps of preparing the materials and molding the materials by sequentially adding different pressure to the materials. Furthermore, the present invention provides a device for molding the materials. The step for molding the materials comprises the steps of: arranging a molding unit at the top of the materials in a predetermined shape; connecting the molding unit to the materials by dropping the molding unit; forming a plurality of sections having a predetermined time in a dropping distance of the molding unit and dropping the same in multi-stages; and returning the molding unit to the original position.
