摘要 The present invention relates to a method for predictably monitoring and controlling internal and external force in aerodynamic environments, hull stress, 6 degrees-of-freedom motion, and positions of an offshore structure in real time, more particularly, to a method for providing information on energy saving, safety operation, maintenance, and repair by controlling an offshore structure based on the variation of lateral and longitudinal inclination, draft, trim, corrosion, erosion, crack, pressure, stress, vibration, frequency, and others applied to the offshore structure by internal and external force in aerodynamic environments. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is the method for providing the information on the energy saving, the safety operation, the maintenance, and the repair by predictably monitoring and controlling the internal and external force in the aerodynamic environments, the hull stress, the 6 degrees-of-freedom motion, and the positions of the offshore structure in real time comprising: a first step of generating a lookup table by accumulating data on the internal and external force affected to the offshore structure by the flow of external gas of the offshore structure through a linear test in a water tank and data on the response to the offshore structure depending on the internal and external force, and storing the lookup table in a database; a second step of measuring the internal and external force using a time-of-flight method during the actual sailing of the offshore structure (100), and storing the measured internal and external force to the database; a third step of predicting the data on the response to the offshore structure by comparing the internal and external force data measured in the second step with the internal and external force data accumulated in the lookup table of the first step; and a fourth step of controlling the positions or sailing routes of the offshore structure using the predicted data on the response to the offshore structure.
