The present invention comprises: anodes and cathodes capable of absorbing and releasing lithium ions; a non-aqueous electrolyte; and a safety vent resolving the inner pressure when the inner pressure increases, wherein the safety vent has a fixed operational characteristic and the non-aqueous electrolyte has a fixed configured ingredients. The lithium secondary batter of the present invention can obtain the safety of the battery in case of overcharging.
