摘要 FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: sleeper-and-rail section is placed on spaced apart rollers to calculate the length of end section whereat temperature conditions fall beyond recommended temperature of anchoring. Anchoring of the rail with under-rail base is lessened at said section. Rail temperature is changed thereat to allow rail elongation by design value. Forward end of sleeper-and-rail section is welded to laid sleeper-and-rail section end. Pre-lessened anchoring links with under-rail base are reestablished at pre-laid sleeper-and-rail section ends. Temperature of laid sleeper-and-rail sections is varied to allow their elongation and displacement of check cross-section to design position. Rollers are withdrawn in the limits of a elongated sections. Said sections are secured at under-rail base. Lengthwise load is applied to opposite end of laid section. Rail temperature is successively measured at separate section towards to section end along with application of lengthwise load by hydraulic force and heater to displace the check cross-sections to design positions. Rollers are withdrawn at separate sections to anchor them at under-rail bases. End of just-laid rail-and sleeper section is jointed to rail of the section laid before.EFFECT: higher efficiency of continuously welded rail track.1 dwg
