Disclosed is a method and a device for securities transactions. The method according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: receiving, from a securities company which receives a selling order for customer's securities regulated by a disposal restriction management agreement, a selling approval request message for the securities; determining whether selling the securities is allowed based on the customer's management information database; and transmitting, to the securities company, a selling approval message for the securities which directs the securities company to release the disposal restrictions on the securities and to perform a selling transaction if the securities are allowed to sell, wherein the management information database is the decided security right or contents of the agreement in order to secure the customer's loan principal and interest, and includes information on whether the securities, which is regulated by a disposal restriction management agreement, is allowed to be sold. The information included in the management formation database is decided according to the state of security for securities, and the state of security can be designated according to extended prices of the securities and security ratios determined according to load principal and interest. The method according to the present invention can set a security right according to opinions expressed by enterprises, or set or release a disposal restriction on securities based on other agreements. Also, an owner who has securities regulated by a disposal restriction management agreement can dispose the securities but restrictions are applied to the disposal, therefore, the mobility and safety of the securities can be improved.
