PURPOSE: A polyethylene terephthalate fully drawn yarn manufacturing method, a fully drawn yarn, a tire cord manufacturing method and a tire cord using superhigh speed spinning technology are provided to manufacture undrawn yarn by using superhigh speed spinning technology and to minimize a tensile strength loss of the fully drawn yarn. CONSTITUTION: The polyethylene terephthalate fully drawn yarn manufacturing method is as follows. The undrawn yarn is manufactured by melt spinning the polyethylene terephthalate at a speed of 3500 - 5000 m / min, and is drawn at a draw ratio of 1.3 - 2.0 times. A ply yarn is manufactured by using the fully drawn yarn. The ply yarn is dipped in an adhesive solution and is heat-treated.
