FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used for high-quality processing of uncured reinforced concrete surfaces of articles moulded from concrete mixes for civil and industrial construction. Finisher disc tool comprises drive shaft to transmit rotation to smoothing disc made from magnetically conducting material wherein high-power magnets are secured. Said smoothing discs can rotate in opposite directions at different angular velocities. Note here that outer smoothing disc is rigidly secured to planetary train. Inner smoothing disc is rigidly attached to the shaft. Outer and inner smoothing discs have recesses made in adjacent zone of rotation to accommodate alternating poles of high-power magnets.EFFECT: higher surface quality and strength, decreased roughness and power consumption. |
