The present invention relates to a hybrid coupler and a MIMO base station using the same. According to the present invention, the hybrid coupler which is installed between remote radio equipment and an antenna in a base station system and facilitates multi input and multi output comprises at least two input terminals and at least two output terminals. Each of the at least two output terminals outputs the same signal with different phase difference when the at least two input terminals receives the same signal input, thereby inducing MIMO effects.
