FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paint-and-varnish industry. Proposed device comprises mixer equipped with dampers arranged to displace in three mutually perpendicular planes and composed of sections, loader and unloader and drive. Said sections are mounted in perimeter composed of interconnected one equilateral trapezoid, two identical inequilateral trapezoids and second equilateral trapezoid with height smaller than that of the first equilateral trapezoid. Lower bases of said trapezoids are equal and smaller than top bases, also equal in all trapezoids. Square is formed on faces of section. Square of every next section is turned relative to square of previous section through 180 degrees. Every connected section has sides of lower base square equal to those of upper base of previous section. Screening surface, from center to unloader, is composed of interconnected one equilateral perforated trapezoid, two identical inequilateral perforated trapezoids and second perforated equilateral trapezoid. Lower bases of said perforated trapezoids are equal and bigger than equal top bases to square at faces of said sections. Square of every nest section is turned relative to square of previous section through 180 degrees. Note here that every connected section has bottom base square sides equal to those of top base square. Mixer with loader and unloader and drive are mounted on the bed via frame with air cylinders.EFFECT: higher efficiency.10 dwg |
