The present specification relates to an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and at least two light emitting units between the first electrode and the second electrode. A charge generation layer is formed between adjacent two light emitting units among the light emitting units. One among the adjacent two light emitting units is closed to the first electrode. An electron transfer layer is formed between the charge generation layers. The charge transfer layer include a fist charge transfer layer doped with an n-type dopant; and a second charge transfer layer doped with metal salt, metal oxide, or organic metal salt.
