PURPOSE: A prefabricated bridge pier using a precast unit pier structure and a gap maintaining body is provided to reduce the construction period and costs by the assembly not using a separate shear connector and to adjust the height of the bridge pier structure by using a high strength bolt. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated bridge pier includes multiple precast unit pier structures, a gap maintaining body(200) and a fastening member(300). A support foundation has a support structure(1) whose top end is arranged with a unit pier structure(100). The gap maintaining body is installed on the lower end of the unit pier structure and connected to a connecting body(30) of the support structure. The connection plate(220) of the gap maintaining body and an outer side supporting plate(33) of a protruded structure are connected by bolts and maintained with a fixes space from each other. The fastening member is composed of a high tension bolt(310) and a nut(320). The unit pier structure has the top end on which other unit pier structure(101) is vertically installed and fixed through the gap maintaining body. The top end of the uppermost unit pier structure has a bridge support structure(40) fixed. |
