The method for ex vivo assessment of the individual biocompatibility of the gingival explant and bone plastic materials comprises the growth of cell biomass for the assay. Preoperatively, the smears from periodontal pockets are samples for the assessment of the sensitivity of microflora to antibiotics. The biopsy fragment is then cultured for the growth of biomass and ex vivo assessment of the individual biocompatibility of the gingival explant and bone plastic materials. |
