<p>An array substrate for a liquid crystal display according to one aspect of the present invention comprises: a substrate in which a gate electrode, a pixel electrode and a common electrode are formed; a gate pad formed on the substrate, and connected to the gate electrode; a gate insulating film and a first passivation layer formed on the gate pad; a second passivation layer formed on the first passivation layer; a first metal layer formed on the second passivation layer, and connected to the gate pad via a first contact hole exposing the gate pad; a third passivation layer formed on the first metal layer and the second passivation layer; and a second metal layer formed on the third passivation layer, and connected to the first metal layer via a second contact hole exposing the first metal layer.</p> |
