FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for thickening of silt fractions. Proposed thickener comprises bed to support drive, materials feeder, materials fractionator and thick and liquid fraction discharge devices. Thickener is composed of endless perforated band with working and idle branches, vertical rolls arranged on both sides of said band, and support rolls arranged there between in diagonal under perforated band with variable inclination. Perforated band is mounted at top ends of rolls by means of flanges made at its ends. Baffle plate curved in crosswise and lengthwise directions is arranged above band working branch. Liquid fraction discharge device is mounted above perforated band working branch. Band cleaner is arranged above idle branch while thick fraction discharge device is mounted there under.EFFECT: expanded process performances, higher separation efficiency.4 dwg |
