FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to recovery of dampers. Device for recovery of gas-oil post dampers comprises case with union, cover, sets of replaceable covers and bottom adapters. Seal and ring are fitted in said cover. Said case is composed of cylinder with ends furnished with inner thread for joint with cover and bottom adapter outer thread. Aforesaid replaceable covers feature seal ID size range corresponding to rod diameter of damper to be recovered. Replaceable bottom adapters feature tape adapters with truncated penetrating bottom part with size range complying with ID of damper rod factory gland. Replaceable cover is attached to the casing with seal and replaceable bottom adapter. Proposed method comprises selection of replaceable cover, replaceable bottom adapter with taper adapter, connection of replaceable cover and bottom adapter to the casing to obtain the proposed device; cleaning aforesaid damper factory gland of dirt and garbage; mounting the device so that replaceable bottom adapter of truncated penetrating bottom part of taper adapter passes through factory gland into damper gas-oil chamber; feed or removal of required amount of gas or oil via taper adapter.EFFECT: recovery of dampers without lathe work and welding.2 cl, 3 dwg |
