The present invention implements a multi-chatting integration solution facilitating new work by applying an open communication technology, improving monitoring convenience of an administrator, and improving overcoming errors and process performance in a web operation environment. For this features, the present invention includes a linking system for transmitting/receiving data by linking an inside channel of an inside system with an outside channel of an outside connection system, wherein the linking system includes an outside interface interfacing with the outside connection system, an inside interface interfacing with the inside system, a manager group including a linking manager, a monitoring manager, and a log manager as a component which links with connection for service and manages the operation and information, a control layer group including a business control layer, a service control layer for implementing the work, a message control layer, and a communication control layer, and a controller group including a memory controller and a database controller.
