PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device for a child seat device in which a handlebar can be moved to an optimal position between at least two positions of a using position where the handlebar can be grasped by a child, and a retreating position where the child seat device is used as a baggage basket.SOLUTION: An arm 7 which supports a handlebar 6 includes: a slide guide part 10 along a length direction of the arm; a rotated part 11 which is provided at one end side of the slide guide part 10 and holds the arm 7 with respect to a fulcrum part 8 in a freely rotatable manner; and a rotation regulation part 12 which is provided at the other end side of the slide guide part 10 and holds the arm 7 with respect to the fulcrum part 8 in a non-rotatable state. The fulcrum part 8 includes: a switching cam portion 30c which holds the arm 7 in the non-rotatable state by being engaged with the slide guide part 10 when the arm 7 is turned down forward and backward, and a rotation detent portion 27 which makes the arm 7 non-rotatable by being engaged with the rotation regulation part 12. |
