PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that a conventional AI module adjustment apparatus requires a large-scale test equipment, requires a substantial preparation time, and requires a work time for changing a connection.SOLUTION: An adjustment test apparatus for AI module includes: a signal generator 104 supplying analog electric quantity to a plurality of the same type of AI modules 101; and a maintenance PC 103 connected to each AI module 101. The maintenance PC 103 is connected to each AI module 101 through a USB hub 105 having a port corresponding to each AI module 101 and a USB-RS232 converter 106 connected to each port. The maintenance PC 101 has a function of selecting a port to communicate with each AI module, and a function of monitoring a digital output value corresponding to an input signal provided by the signal generator 104 to each AI module 101 at the time of communication and setting each AI module 101 to correct the output value to a proper value. |
