PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of sealing performance due to local rolling-up of seal pieces.SOLUTION: A wide seating bead portion 14 is formed at a tip of a leg portion 9 of an exterior compartment side out of a well portion 5. An cabin inside seal lip 15 and an cabin outside seal lip 16 inclined to be directed toward an oblique interior compartment side on a tip surface 14a of the seating bead portion 14 are aligned and protrudingly formed. By deflection deforming the both seal lips 15, 16 to positively get rolled up to the cabin inside at the time of mounting to a flange portion 3, sealing function is exerted in the form of double seal while preventing a local rolling-up.
