PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply detect a supersaturated deposit using ultrasonic irradiation.SOLUTION: A device (100) for detecting a supersaturated deposit includes: a cell (10) used for storing a solution (S) obtained by dissolving a solute in an oversaturation into a solvent; a cooling tank (20) which comes into contact with the cell (10); an ultrasonic wave irradiation element (30) mounted on the cooling tank (20); and a detection part (40) which detects a deposit deposited from the solution (S). The detection part (40) detects the deposit in at least a part of a period in which the solution (S) is irradiated with the ultrasonic wave irradiation element (30).
