PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet epidermis material holding tool which scarcely holds a portion with wrinkle as it is, and to provide a sheet epidermis material positioning device which includes the holding tool, thereby scarcely performing positioning in a state that the whole sheet epidermis material strains.SOLUTION: A sheet epidermis material positioning device has a table 12 on which a sheet epidermis material S is placed, a holding tool 14 for holding a tip E of the sheet epidermis material S in a vertical direction, which includes an upper claw 24 whose claw tip is provided on a flat surface 30 and a lower claw 26 whose claw tip is provided at a projection 32 so as to be able to freely open and close, and an electric cylinder 18 for allowing the holding tool 14 to move freely in a horizontal direction with respect to one side of the sheet epidermis material S placed on the table 12. |
