Plasma electrodes disposed with two electrode plates 32, 33 and 42, 43 each having a plurality of through holes oppositely to each other are provided in positions close to the blowing plates 31, 41 outside the hand insertion space A oppositely to the blowing plates 31, 41, and plasma gas is widely spread over the air flows. |
