PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control circuit that prevents occurrence of mechanical distortion of a Peltier element to prolong the service life thereof, and satisfactorily operates even in a region with a low voltage.SOLUTION: A temperature control circuit 10 for executing temperature control using a Peltier element 6 includes: a driver unit 14 for changing a supply voltage supplied to the Peltier element 6; and a control unit 36 that controls the driver unit 14 so as to change, from 0 V to a predetermined voltage, the duty ratio of a pulse voltage whose amplitude is the voltage value of the predetermined voltage to output the supply voltage, and so as to output, from the predetermined voltage to a rated voltage, a direct current voltage corresponding to each voltage as the supply voltage. |
