PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage device in a trunk room capable of storing a storage item comprising a battery unit longitudinal-directionally movably in a trunk room of a vehicle, and capable of carrying out easily attaching and detaching work or the like for the storage item, and a battery mounting device.SOLUTION: Rails 24 are laid to be extended longitudinal-directionally on a floor face 23 of a trunk room 22. A carriage 27 is supported longitudinally movably on the rails 24. The carriage 27 is constituted to be arranged in a lower side of a trunk opening 222, in the state moved to a moving end in a rear side. Regulation members 36, 42 are provided to position the carriage 27 in a front moving end. A battery unit 30 built in with a secondary battery 32 is mounted attachably and detachably on an upper face of the carriage 27.
