PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of effectively removing stains of a barrel inner wall.SOLUTION: There is provided a washing method for a barrel 2, the method including the processes of: removing a screw in the barrel from a support/drive part 5; inserting a washing rod 10 into the barrel and attaching the washing rod to the support/drive part after the screw is removed; retracting the washing rod and moving a washing brush 11a into the barrel after arranging the washing brush on the washing rod and also arranging a position restriction member 12a for restricting the position of the washing brush; repeating a process similar to the process of moving the washing brush in with respect to one or more other washing brushes and position restriction members by moving the washing rod forward through the operation of the support/drive part in a state where the washing brush is left to be positioned in the barrel; and washing the inside of the barrel by moving forward and backward and rotating a predetermined number of washing brushes after moving and arranging the washing brushes into the barrel. |
