PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shift driving device capable of accurately controlling a position of a shift lever in the vicinity of a neutral position, without increasing cost.SOLUTION: A shift driving device includes an analog voltage output system shift rotation angle sensor for detecting a rotation angle of a shift select shaft 15, a shift A/D converter 203 to which an output signal from the shift rotation angle sensor is input and which converts this signal into a digital signal, and a control part for controlling an electric actuator based on the signal after conversion. The shift A/D converter 203 has different nonuniform resolution in response to a voltage value possessed by an input signal. The resolution of the shift A/D converter 203 is set so that the resolution corresponding to a neutral voltage value becomes the highest, and the resolution becomes low as the voltage value of the input signal separates from the neutral voltage value. |
