[Class 97 (i).] A reflector and refractor for use as a road sign, a reflector on cycles and like purposes, consists of a refracting transparent or translucent body 1 having a recess 3 in which is inclosed by sealing wax or the like 5 a reflecting substance such as a globule of mercury 4 or a piece of bright metal &c. The device may be in the form of an elongated prism or the like provided with a series of recesses and may be adapted for mounting in a frame. The sealing means may be coloured. |
