The present invention relates to an optical semiconductor based illuminating apparatus. According to the present invention, the optical semiconductor based illuminating apparatus includes a heat sink formed on a light emitting module. A service unit is installed in a part of at least one heat sink. A connector and a driving PCB are formed in an unit body. The unit body includes a charge/discharge device.
