PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoated steel sheet that has various superior characteristics such as high-level weatherability, fine-sight durability, and a photocatalyst function as well as outward appearance uniformity needed as a precoated steel sheet and performance such as moldability of processing into various shapes.SOLUTION: There is provided a precoated steel sheet formed by laminating a clear film layer (A) formed of a silicon-containing resin containing dispersed lubricant fine particles on at least one surface of a steel sheet base material and a clear film layer (B) formed principally of fine particles of titanium oxide showing photocatalytic activity on the clear film layer (A), a projection of the silicon-containing resin in the clear film layer (A) and at least some of the lubricant fine particles being exposed from a surface of the clear film layer (B). |
