PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally-administrable composition capable of remarkably exhibiting an osteogenesis promoting effect, and also utilizable as food and drink.SOLUTION: There is provided an oral administration composition and an osteogenesis promoting composition each containing a component (A): an ascorbic acid derivative, and a component (B): a Piperaceae plant extract as active ingredients; and food and drink containing the oral administration composition or the osteogenesis promoting composition.
