PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generation efficiency of a photocell installed on a canvas.SOLUTION: An awning device comprises: a sheet-like canvas 10 having flexibility; a support arm 30 provided in plural numbers at intervals in the lateral width direction so as to support the canvas 10 and supported so as to vertically swing; a swing electric drive part 50 electrically swinging the plurality of support arms 30; photocells 70 installed on the canvas 10; and a control part capable of controlling the swing electric drive part 50. The swing electric drive part 50 is provided in plural numbers corresponding to the respective support arms 30 so as to electrically swing the respective plurality of support arms 30, and the control part individually controls the respective plurality of swing electric drive part 50.
