PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a through-hole on a prepreg polymer without reducing strength of the prepreg polymer when fibers are cut at a hole part.SOLUTION: A first prepreg is placed on a template having a cone-shaped dent. A hole forming pin which is pointed in a cone shape is stabbed on the first prepreg from a tip end at a position of the dent, to form a hole through fibers. After pulling out the hole forming pin, a second prepreg is stacked on the first prepreg, and a hole is formed on the second prepreg by the hole forming pin, in the same way. In this way, the hole is formed through the fibers sequentially and the prepregs are stacked, and are joined by heating or the like to form a prepreg polymer with a predetermined through-hole formed thereon. |
