A probe sensor includes a probe body which is to be inserted into an examinee; a block which is placed on the probe body and penetrates or reflects incident light; a probe structure which includes a light radiating unit radiating first incident light to the block; a first light source which generates the first incident light and delivers the light to the light radiating unit; and a light analyzer which analyzes first reflected light, which is the reflected light of the first incident light reflected by the block. The length of the block changes as the temperature changes. The light analyzer detects changes in the wavelength of the first reflected light due to the changes in the length of the block to measure the temperature change of the examinee.
