PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for exactly determining the type of tires attached to a vehicle even during travel of the vehicle.SOLUTION: Travel sound of a vehicle which travels on a processed road surface Rm obtained by performing processing for flattening a road surface R to the road surface R is acquired by using a microphone 40, and an amplifier 41, so as to determine the type of tires attached to the vehicle on the basis of the travel sound.
