PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of effectively emitting ion mist to a user himself or user's living space.SOLUTION: The television receiver comprises: a display panel that displays images; a first air path 111; a second air path 112 which merges with the first air path 111; a fan that forcibly exhausts the air from the first air path to thereby generate a negative pressure at the merging point of the first air path 111 and the second first air path 112; and an ion mist emission unit 100 having an ion generation unit 113 for generating ion mist at the side upper than the merging point of the second air path 112. The ion mist emission unit 100 guides the ion mist from the second air path 112 to the merging point by the negative pressure generated at the merging point to blow out the ion mist into a viewing space in front of the display panel along with the exhaust from the first air path 111. |
