PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close a gap between a bed of a vehicle and a cargo handling platform, to allow a worker to move safely to the bed, and to reduce physical burden of the worker.SOLUTION: The cargo handling platform includes: a cradle to be arranged at the side of the bed of the vehicle; a deck arranged on the cradle to move forward and backward; a handle provided above the deck, and a power transmission mechanism. When the handle is operated, the power transmission mechanism operates, and the deck moves forward toward the bed. When the handle is operated reversely, the power transmission mechanism operates reversely, and the deck moves backward opposite the bed. A wheel is provided between the cradle and the deck so that the deck smoothly moves. In both or either of the cradle and the deck, a stopper to stop the displacement of the deck is provided. On the outside in a width direction of the deck (a side opposite the bed), a fence for preventing fall of the worker is disposed. Steps for the worker to move up/down to the deck are provided on both or one of longitudinal ends of the cradle and the deck. |
