PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a light source in a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device 100 comprises: a radiator 2 at which an air duct is provided, and which radiates the heat of a laser light source array 6 and an LED light source array 8; a blower 3 which is arranged at the lower part of the radiator 2, and blows air to the air duct; and a temperature measurement part 9 for measuring the temperature. The temperature measurement part 9 is arranged in the vicinity of an uppermost part light emission element arranged at the uppermost part among a plurality of laser light emission elements 5. The blower 3 controls the volume of air to be blown, according to a value obtained by using the forward current amount of the uppermost part light emission element and the temperature measured by the temperature measurement part 9. |
