PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle aerodynamic force measuring device which measures an aerodynamic force applied to a vehicle inclined to correspond to a cant of a track by reproducing the aerodynamic force through a wind tunnel experiment.SOLUTION: A vehicle aerodynamic force measuring device comprises a vehicle model (12) disposed in a wind tunnel (11) and a balance device (20) for measuring an aerodynamic force of the vehicle model (12). The balance device (20) includes a balance (23) fixed to the vehicle model (12), and a rotating device (21a) which supports the balance (23) in a rotatable manner so as to perform rolling of the vehicle model (12).
