According to the present invention, a welding automation apparatus of a steel pipe pile assembly comprises: a welding bogie unit, which is arranged in one side of a pair of skid lines which are a rolling moving path of a steel pipe pile, having a first turning roller unit for rotating a leading end extending structure, which is welded with the steel pipe pile; a second turning roller unit, which is arranged between a pair of skid lines, for rotating the steel pipe pile for welding the steel pipe pile and the leading end extending structure; and a stopper unit, which is arranged to be stuck in the steel pipe pile on the rolling moving path of a steel pipe pile. According to the present invention, working inconvenience of an operator is solved and a precision welding is performed since welding processes of the steel pipe pile and the leading end extending structure are automatized. Moreover, the welding automation apparatus is capable of shortening a construction time of a building by omitting a welding process time in a construction site since the steel pipe pile and the leading end extending structure is manufactured by being welded in a separate factory in advance. |
