The present invention relates to granulated seaweed tea and a manufacturing method of the same which remarkably improves palatability and increases antioxidant activity. Bellflower root and jujube extracts are added to freeze-dried seaweed extract powder for removing mud and fishy smells, for providing a health functional food material with improved palatability, and increased antioxidant activity more than two times.
