<p>PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce material costs by depositing an electrode layer made of an alloy material in a DC-DC sputtering method. CONSTITUTION: A back electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the back electrode layer. A metal electrode layer(600) is formed on the light absorption layer. The metal electrode layer is made of an alloy material including molybdenum. The thickness of the metal electrode layer is less than 100 nm.</p> |
