PURPOSE: An emergency situation diffusion device, a system, and a method are provided to rapidly diffuse an emergency situation by determining the emergency situation of a patient. CONSTITUTION: An IEEE(Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 11073 manager(504) receives each bio-information from one or more IEEE 11073 agents and transmits the bio-information to an emergency situation determination unit(506). The emergency situation determination unit determines an emergency situation by analyzing the bio-information. First to third message transmission units(508-512) transmit an emergency situation occurrence diffusion request signal including location data or an emergency situation occurrence guide message.
