The permanent magnet is fixed for maintaining a plunger (5) in a position that blocks the fluid communication between an inlet (3) and an outlet (4) of the housing body. The plunger with a sealing element (6) is moved by the action of the electrically powered coil and an elastic return unit. A Hall-effect positioning sensor (10) is provided for detecting the position of another permanent magnet (11) that is coupled to a movable core.
