The present invention relates to a flow control module capable of performing a stable operation with an actuator injecting a fluid and a sensor measuring a pressure. According to the present invention, to control an irregular external pressure, a micro pressure sensor measures an external pressure and controls the micro pump based on the measured external pressure to perform a micro flow control. Also, the micro pressure sensor controls turbulence generated around a flying object such as a small aircraft to improve flying performance. In addition, the micro pressure sensor is used in a micro biomedical device required for accurate flow control.
