PURPOSE: A health simulation system is provided to be operated according to the exercise state of a user. CONSTITUTION: A health simulation system comprises a driven unit which is driven by the exercise of a user, a speed detector(120) for detecting the driving speed of the driven unit, a display unit(130) which is interlinked with the operation of the driven unit and outputs a moving simulation image, a storage unit(140) for storing simulation image information, and a control unit(150) for controlling the moving speed of the simulation image.
