The present invention relates to an interior material for vehicles and, more specifically, to an interior material comprising a foamed layer, a sheet layer formed at the top of the foamed layer and made of polyethylene in which the bottom is processed with corona, and a mat layer formed at the top of the sheet layer. The interior material for vehicles is capable of improving adhesion intensity of the foamed layer and the mat layer by the sheet layer made of polyethylene processed with corona and obtaining excellent soundproof and waterproof properties. |
