PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uneasiness of the envelope loss by releasing both hands by installing a loop like string member in an envelope in which a general paper document is put, and enabling shouldering the envelope.SOLUTION: A loop like string member is formed elliptical, and a center part is bonded to an upper part and a lower part of the envelope in parallel, and the envelope is shouldered by slipping both arms through the string member that forms the loop that protrudes beyond the envelope. |
