<p>A venturi chilling system comprises a body (7), a coolant delivery device located inside the body, and one or more venturi channels disposed behind the coolant delivery device. An overflowing section of the venturi channel is an adjustable long and narrow rectangle. The venturi channel comprises a venturi throat (2) and an adjustment mechanism (9) for adjusting a size of an overflowing section of the venturi throat (2). The venturi throat (2) is formed by a group of large division columns (5) parallel to each other and a group of small block columns (6) parallel to each other. The venturi channel can be adjusted according to air flow or venturi differential pressure change. When multiple venturi channels are disposed, air flow and coolant flow of different channels can be controlled individually, so as to adjust and control distribution of air flow on the section, and enhance adjustability of the system. Because the air flow can match with a downstream washing device or air-liquid separation device, resistance and energy consumption of the whole system can be reduced.</p> |
