PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition, which may have a short aging time resulting in high productivity and permit the formation of an adhesive layer exhibiting good antistatic performance, and to provide an optical member and a surface protective film comprising the same.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition includes: a copolymer (A) formed by copolymerization of a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylamide (a1) selected from the group consisting of hydroxyl group-containing acrylamides, hydroxyl group-containing methacrylamides and combinations thereof, and a (meth)acrylate (a2) selected from the group consisting of acrylic ester, methacrylic ester and combinations thereof; and an antistatic agent (B) comprising an ionic compound. |
