The present invention relates to a putting device having an origin compensation function comprising a position measurement part having a first irradiation part and a second irradiation part for irradiating light in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of a ball to detect the position of the ball placed respectively thereon, and detecting the light irradiated by the first irradiation part and the second irradiation part in a light-receiving part to detect the initial position of the ball; a speed/direction detection part for detecting the direction and speed of a ball when the ball is putted; a calculation control part for calculating the speed, direction and distance of a ball by detecting the initial position of the ball measured by the position measurement part and the direction and speed of the ball measured by the speed/direction detection part. The present invention having such a composition improves the convenience of a user by enabling the user to putt at any position with the detected initial position of a ball, and can reduce the production costs by embodying the initial position, speed and direction of a ball with a simple system.
